Prices:
All prices quoted on this web site are subject to change by the company at any time, and are plus VAT origination and postage. Please call for a quote to your specifications. Any quote offered by our team is valid for 20 days.

Ordering Process:
If ordering one or more of our printed products, the process is as follows. Client places order. IRS confirm order. IRS produce artwork approval documents. Client approves artwork. IRS produce invoice. Clients pays invoice. IRS go to print on your product and deliver to your chosen address.

Artwork:
The client approves all artwork before going to print. After artwork has been approved and before going to print, there is a 25% cancellation charge. After going to print orders cannot be cancelled.

Lead Times:
Our lead times vary from product to product, please allow for two weeks post artwork approval before receiving delivery of your product. However contact us and we will be able to give you a more accurate lead time.
Refunds:
If you receive a product that is not what was ordered, we offer a full refund on receipt of the returned product in full, including original packaging.

Domains:
We charge for all domain registrations at cost. This is subject to change at any time.

Payment:
We accept cash, cheque, (made payable to IRS), bank transfer and PayPal. For Paypal transactions there is a sure charge of £0.25p plus 5% of the total transaction value.
